Shipping policy

Small Items with Regular Shipping

At Mid-State Litho, we aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. While we strive to ship items on the same day of purchase, most small items require a processing time of 1 business day before they leave our warehouse.

Equipment Freight – Billed Separately

Certain machines and heavy products must ship by truck freight and are marked on their product pages as “Freight Shipping Required.” At checkout, these items may show a shipping method such as “Equipment Freight – billed separately after checkout” with a cost of $0.00 / FREE. This does not mean freight is free.

For all freight shipments, the $0.00 amount shown at checkout is a placeholder only. After you place your order, our office will contact you to review your delivery details and provide an accurate freight quote based on your location and requirements (lift gate, residential delivery, inside delivery, limited access, etc.). Freight charges are invoiced and paid separately before your equipment ships.

If you have any questions about freight costs before ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide an estimate.

Heavy Items Shipping by Truck

For heavier equipment shipping by truck, please anticipate a dispatch period of 3 to 5 business days from the warehouse. During this period, we may reach out to you to confirm delivery details to ensure a smooth delivery process.

It’s important to note that items shipped directly do not include training or a labor warranty. Customers are responsible for equipment setup and for thoroughly reading the provided product documentation to ensure proper use of their new machine. However, we do offer support. For more details, please visit our service and support page.

Territory-Restricted Product Lines

Some of our products are territory-restricted and can only be sold within our agreed territory. If you inquire about any of these products from outside our territory, we will gladly refer your information to the local representative in your area.

When expecting a delivery, it’s essential that customers honestly report their receiving situation regarding having a receiving dock or a forklift to unload a truck. Without a dock or a forklift, a truck equipped with a lift gate is necessary for the delivery.
